This retreat will enhance your meditation or initiate your journey of yoga if you have had trouble meditating previously. Spend this time retreating from the world as Ian teaches you three simple steps that will strengthen your meditation practice or build a stable foundation for those who are just starting out.
Yoga does more than make you feel good, this practices has real, concrete results for the mind and body— yoga works to relieve tension and reduce stress making you more resilient when those recurring stress triggers pop up.
Ian is excited to be hosting this special event set in a tranquil and serene Queensland location just 20 minutes’ drive from the iconic Gold Coast beaches. You will spend the day in the lush and intimate Gold Coast Hinterland – a setting that will reinvigorate and re-energise the mind, body and soul.
Enjoy a conscious practice to enhance (or begin) your meditation and yoga journey providing you with valuable techniques that will enable you to optimise your inner wellness.
