Yoga: A lifelong learning process
My focus is to help guide those who are willing to make a conscious movement towards making change and to extend the knowledge that has been passed onto me from my gurus and teachers over the last 26 years. I am willing to share that wisdom with anyone that is open to the science of yoga - the art of acquiring the utmost state of your body, mind, and conscious.
Yoga is more than an exercise for good health and physique, it is a way of living, the physical aspect is just a small fraction of the practice. My classical teachings acknowledge the origins of yoga and will take you beyond the asana to help you understand the eight limbs of yoga - yama (abstinences), niyama (observances), asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breath control), pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses ), dharana (concentration), dhyana (meditation) and samadhi (absorption).
There are countless physical, psychological, cognitive, and emotional benefits of yoga that affect each person in a different way. Such benefits are powerful tools that can play an essential role in performance, healing, health, and survival.
