About the Event

When it comes to yoga it's not about clearing a busy mind, but managing it's productivity. How do you control your thoughts on a daily basis? The conditioning of the mind can create a very unhealthy life and lead to a deterioration of its quality, however by promoting a dedicated and consistent practise towards detachment (aparigraha), we learn that's its not about the destination but the journey that will lead us to joy and happiness. 

This offering will assist in improving your mental and physical practise on and off the mat that will lead you to not only managing the sponteaneous behaviour from within, but also observing the internal dialogue that we think exists. We do yoga practise for the love of the practise and not for the acheivement and sense of accomplishment it temporarily gives us. When we dedicate and devote ourselves to this experiential practise, life will transform because life in many ways is just yoga. 

Ian is excited to be hosting this special event set in a tranquil and serene Queensland location just 20 minutes’ drive from the iconic Gold Coast beaches. You will spend the day in the lush and intimate Gold Coast Hinterland – a setting that will reinvigorate and re-energise the mind, body and soul.

Enjoy a conscious practice to enhance (or begin) your meditation and yoga journey providing you with valuable techniques that will enable you to optimise your inner wellness.
