This retreat will reclaim the deeper roots of your practice, not just asana - the mental and emotional benefits. Spend this time retreating from the world as Ian helps you to get a better understanding of how to shift from flight-or-flight to rest-and-digest, build your sense of self, improve relationships and understand how emotions live in our bodies.
Yoga does more than make you feel good, this practices has real, concrete results for the mind and body— with the current world situation and unfolding events maintaining mental health and wellbeing and adapting to our changing circumstances is key. Yoga will not only bring balance to the ebbs and flows of life but is known to increases body awareness, relieve stress, reduce muscle tension, strain, and inflammation, sharpen attention and concentration, calm and centre the nervous system.
Ian is excited to be hosting this special event set in a tranquil and serene Queensland location just 20 minutes’ drive from the iconic Gold Coast beaches. You will spend the day in the lush and intimate Gold Coast Hinterland – a setting that will reinvigorate and re-energise the mind, body and soul.
Enjoy a conscious practice to enhance (or begin) your meditation and yoga journey providing you with valuable techniques that will enable you to optimise your inner wellness.
