About the Event
During the winter months we all tend to be in a more tamasic (restful) state of energy this may lead to tiredness and fatigue (we mean laziness!). To overcome these challenges, there needs to be an adjustment to your fitness and wellness lifestyle.
This retreat will explain and lead you to getting the most out of your workouts and yoga practice. We will connect your breath and your physical body at a deeper level that will result in achieving your fitness and wellness goals in a shorter amount of time.
Ian is excited to be hosting this special event set in a tranquil and serene Queensland location just 20 minutes’ drive from the iconic Gold Coast beaches. You will spend the day in the lush and intimate Gold Coast Hinterland – a setting that will reinvigorate and re-energise the mind, body and soul.
Enjoy a conscious practice to enhance (or begin) your meditation and yoga journey providing you with valuable techniques that will enable you to optimise your inner wellness.
