About the Event
We all experience grief and loss, violence and heartbreak, to a greater or lesser degree throughout our lives. This offering will provide you with the tools to effectively manage trauma symptoms and to build awareness of your inner emotions and physical sensations.
We will move beyond traditional talk therapies that focus on the mind, by bringing the body actively into the healing process. This allows us to cultivate a more positive relationship with our body through effective breath and movement practices.
Ian is excited to be hosting this special event set in a tranquil and serene Queensland location just 20 minutes’ drive from the iconic Gold Coast beaches.
