This workshop will improve your entire practice from posture to posture making your movements seamless and creating a meditative state of being in every moment. Spend this time retreating from the world as Ian helps you to get a better understanding of how to make your practise and life a seamless flow.
Yoga does more than make you feel good, this practices has real, concrete results for the mind and body— with the current world situation and unfolding events maintaining a strong immunity and adapting to our changing circumstances is key. Yoga will not only bring balance to the ebbs and flows of life but will strengthen and maintain your energy levels.
Ian is excited to be hosting this special event set in a tranquil and serene Queensland location just 20 minutes’ drive from the iconic Gold Coast beaches. You will spend the day in the lush and intimate Gold Coast Hinterland – a setting that will reinvigorate and re-energise the mind, body and soul.
Enjoy a conscious practice to enhance (or begin) your meditation and yoga journey providing you with valuable techniques that will enable you to optimise your inner wellness.
