Have you ever tried to mediate and all that comes in is thought after thought after thought? Have you ever wondered why this is happening? This retreat will break down the reasoning of the mind and the body giving you the necessary steps to help manage your mind and body more efficiently.
Ian is excited to be hosting this special event set in a tranquil and serene Queensland location just 20 minutes’ drive from the iconic Gold Coast beaches. You will spend the day in the lush and intimate Gold Coast Hinterland – a setting that will reinvigorate and re-energise the mind, body and soul.
Enjoy a conscious practice to enhance (or begin) your meditation and yoga journey providing you with valuable techniques that will enable you to optimise your inner wellness.
