Switch off your phone and join IAN CARIAGA (Gewrew) for this 4 hour retreat that will surrender your senses and uplift the spirit! You will learn fundamental techniques to help understand how to tap into your Prana properly which will result in great improvement within your daily life and yoga practice. This retreat will be highly beneficial for those who have or are considering doing a detox or cleanse.
Ian is excited to be hosting this special event set in a tranquil and serene Queensland location just 20 minutes’ drive from the iconic Gold Coast beaches. You will spend the day in the lush and intimate Gold Coast Hinterland – a setting that will reinvigorate and re-energise the mind, body and soul.
