Seasonal shifts are a critical time to tune in to your mental and physical health in this 4-hour mini retreat we will focus on both physical and non-physical transitions within your practice. Move with greater fluidity from posture to posture by optimising the nonphysical.
This 4-hour mini retreat will recharge and refocus your energy with meditation and yoga. No matter what level you are currently at (or if you are entirely new to this space) these 4 hours will be rewarding to the mind, body and soul and will promote everlasting change that will enhance and elevate your yoga.
