Spend a day retreating from the world as Ian explains the yogic concept of the mind, the body and the conscious. Get a better understanding of how to manage your thoughts, emotions, actions and behavioural patterns to elevate your quality of life.
Switch off your phone and join IAN CARIAGA (Gewrew) for this 4 hour yoga and meditation retreat that will surrender your senses and uplift the soul! You will learn fundamental techniques to help your body and mind function not only to the best of their ability, but the way you want them to.
Ian is excited to be hosting this special event set in a tranquil and serene Queensland location just 20 minutes’ drive from the iconic Gold Coast beaches.
You will spend the day in the lush and intimate Gold Coast Hinterland – a setting that will reinvigorate and re-energise the mind, body and soul.
Enjoy a day of conscious practice to enhance (or begin) your meditation and yoga journey providing you with valuable techniques that will enable you to manage stress in your daily life.
