Yoga does more than make you feel good, this practices has real, concrete results for the mind and body— yoga works to relieve tension and reduce stress making you more resilient when those recurring stress triggers pop up.
Ian is excited to be hosting this special event set in a tranquil and serene Hinterland location just 15 minutes’ drive from the iconic Noosa beach. You will spend the day in the lush and intimate surroundings – a setting that will reinvigorate and re-energise the mind, body and soul.
Enjoy a conscious practice to enhance (or begin) your meditation and yoga journey providing you with valuable techniques that will enable you to optimise your inner wellness.
