Spend a day retreating from the world as Ian covers the yogic concept of Pranayama that will balance your energy, relax the mind and help you to reduce everyday tension and anxiety. Focusing on how to efficiently use your breath to maximise your daily practice both on and off the mat.
Switch off your phone and join IAN CARIAGA (Gewrew) for this one day yoga and meditation retreat that will surrender your senses and uplift the soul! You will learn the fundamental techniques of yogic breathing that will not only elevate your practice but enrich your life.
Ian is excited to be hosting this special event set in a tranquil and serene Queensland location just 20 minutes’ drive from the iconic Gold Coast beaches.
You will spend the day in the lush and intimate Gold Coast Hinterland – a setting that will reinvigorate and re-energise the mind, body and soul.
Enjoy a day of conscious practice to enhance (or begin) your meditation and yoga journey providing you with valuable techniques that will enable you to manage stress in your daily life.
