About the Event

Let's face it: as a mum (be it mother of one or of multiple, new mum, mother of toddlers or of teens) you have a lot on your plate however it is important for you to get time for yourselves! ! Let’s make giving back to you a priority without the guilt allowing you to give more.

This four-hour mini retreat will recharge and refocus your energy with meditation and yoga. No matter what level you are currently at, what level you were at before or if you are entirely new to this space these 4 hours will be rewarding to the mind, body and soul.

The benefits for mums (parents or anyone caring for a baby or child) are enormous. In general, Yoga and meditation can help with stress, anxiety and improving the overall balance between your body's physical needs and your emotional state.

IAN CARIAGA (Gewrew) is excited to be hosting this special event set in a tranquil and serene Queensland location just 20 minutes’ drive from the iconic Gold Coast beaches.

You will gain knowledge on:-

- A beginner’s guide to meditation and how to disconnect with the “monkey mind”.

- Traditional yogic breathing techniques to quiet the mind an maintain calmness whenever chaos may arise in your busy life.

- Optimising overall strength and increasing your flexibility with fundamental postures that increase your vitality, improve posture and enhance energy levels.

- 1 yoga session (restorative)

- 1 workshop (core strengthening and breathing techniques, postural alignment and biomechanics)
