This retreat will focus on classical teachings of Pranayam (life energy control) to engineer your breath to work for you and not you working for your breath. Breath is breath. It's nothing new. There is no fancy way to package and market something that has been around since the atmosphere was created.
Spend this time relaxing and recharging your body as Ian helps you to understand your life energies and how to manage them with precision will simply increase the mastery of your breath. Meditation is also a key component to creating less friction in your life and gaining control (breaking limitations) to ultimately have muhkti aka freedom.
Meditation of the breath:
Techniques to five daily pranayams that will enhance lung capacity, increase focus, and optimise well being.
Meditation of the body:
Asana , a prelude to states of consciousness.
Yoga does more than make you feel good, this practices has real, concrete results for the mind and body. Yoga will not only bring balance to the ebbs and flows of life but is known to increases body awareness, relieve stress, reduce muscle tension, strain, and inflammation, sharpen attention and concentration, calm and centre the nervous system.
Ian is excited to be hosting this special event set in a tranquil and serene Queensland location just 20 minutes’ drive from the iconic Gold Coast beaches. You will spend the day in the lush and intimate Gold Coast Hinterland – a setting that will reinvigorate and re-energise the mind, body and soul.
Enjoy a conscious practice to enhance (or begin) your meditation and yoga journey providing you with valuable techniques that will enable you to optimise your inner wellness.
