This mini getaway will aim to bring balance to your mental and emotional processes. By strengthening your ability to focus, direct and manifest your energies so that the chemical composition in body creates wellbeing instead of illness. It is scientifically proven that thought and emotion secrete various levels of chemicals that can enhance our experiential experience but could also over stimulate our psychological drama. Yoga will stem the tide of the many waves which we call karmic thinking and maintain an undistorted perception of your reality.

Yoga does more than make you feel good, this practice has real, concrete results for the mind and body— with the current world situation and unfolding events maintaining a strong immunity and adapting to our changing circumstances is key. Yoga will not only bring balance to the ebbs and flows of life but will strengthen and maintain your energy levels.

Ian is excited to be hosting this special event set in a tranquil and serene Queensland location just 20 minutes’ drive from the iconic Gold Coast beaches. You will spend the day in the lush and intimate Gold Coast Hinterland – a setting that will reinvigorate and re-energise the mind, body and soul.

Enjoy a conscious practice to enhance (or begin) your meditation and yoga journey providing you with valuable techniques that will enable you to optimise your inner wellness.
