This retreat will focus on transforming from your psychological reality to an experiential reality. Providing technologies to help release past events, traumas and hurts stuck in your subconscious mind which have been also stored in the physical dimensions of the body.
Spend this time relaxing and recharging your body as Ian helps you to understand how using the clarity and power of the breath to create an expansive yoga practise which focuses on letting go and moving forward.
Yoga does more than make you feel good, this practices has real, concrete results for the mind and body. Yoga will not only bring balance to the ebbs and flows of life but is known to increases body awareness, relieve stress, reduce muscle tension, strain, and inflammation, sharpen attention and concentration, calm and centre the nervous system.
Ian is excited to be hosting this special event set in a tranquil and serene Queensland location just 20 minutes’ drive from the iconic Gold Coast beaches. You will spend the day in the lush and intimate Gold Coast Hinterland – a setting that will reinvigorate and re-energise the mind, body and soul.
Enjoy a conscious practice to enhance (or begin) your meditation and yoga journey providing you with valuable techniques that will enable you to optimise your inner wellness.
