About the Event

This Yoga Retreat will challenge your comfort zone. This Ice bath experience is a safe way to penetrate the confusion of the mind and overcome fears from past trauma. Guided with Pranayam to prepare you to elevate your spiritual strength.

Yoga does more than make you feel good, this practice has real, concrete results for the mind and body— with the current world situation and unfolding events maintaining a strong immunity and adapting to our changing circumstances is key. Yoga will not only bring balance to the ebbs and flows of life but will strengthen and maintain your energy levels.

Ian is excited to be hosting this special event set in a tranquil and serene Queensland location just 20 minutes’ drive from the iconic Gold Coast beaches. You will spend the day in the lush and intimate Gold Coast Hinterland – a setting that will reinvigorate and re-energise the mind, body and soul.

Enjoy a conscious practice to enhance (or begin) your meditation and yoga journey providing you with valuable techniques that will enable you to optimise your inner wellness.
