Charity Yoga Event

LOCATION: Ground Floor, The Resort near Mecca Maxima

Join EMF Platinum yoga instructor Ian Cariaga for a donation-based classical yoga class including meditation and yoga breathing - align your consciousness with others to bring greater awareness to your mind, body and those in need. Both EMF Members and non-members are welcomed to come and get active for a good cause.   Donations are encouraged on the day to support Serving Our People Charity a nationally recognised local charity delivering groceries, medicine, baby goods and meals to those in need free of charge.

• Bookings essential.
• Stay at home if you are unwell or have a cough, fever, sore throat, fatigue or shortness of breath, have travelled from overseas or a COVID-19 hotspot within the last 14 days or have been in close contact with a person who is positive for COVID-19.
• This event is operating in compliance with a COVID Safe Event Checklist. Follow the rules and keep us all safe. Practice social distancing. Wash your hands regularly. Be prepared to leave your contact details for tracing purposes.
• Must use hand sanitiser at entry.
