LOCATION: Ground Floor, The Resort near Mecca Maxima

Join EMF Platinum yoga instructor Ian Cariaga for a donatation-basseed classical yyoga classs including meditation and yoga breathing - align your consciousness with others to bring greater awareness to your mind, body and those in need. Both EMF Members and non-members are welcomed to come and get active for a good cause.   Donations are encouraged on the day to support Serving Our People Charity a nationally recognised local charity delivering groceries, medicine, baby goods and meals to those in need free of charge.
